WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Each order ships the same day if placed before 4:30 Pm PST M-F. You’ll get a shipment notification email with tracking once your package has been shipped. Please see shipping options below

DAMAGED PRODUCT
We're so sorry that your package arrived damaged. If this does occur, please email shopfantasyskin@proton.me subject line SHIPMENT with your first and last name, order number, and 3 clear photos of the damage. We ask that you report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
MY SKIN ISN'T LOVING A PRODUCT I ORDERED:
Uh OH! We're sorry to hear that one of our products wasn't a perfect match for your skin.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to utilize our return center. Returns are available within 7 days of your product's arrival. Returns are applicable on single, regular size items only. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued to your account. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
*If you cancel your order prior to shipment we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
MY PACKAGE WAS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
Please double-check your order confirmation and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified by USPS we will contact you for an alternative address.
If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for an additional send out. There is a 15% restocking fee for non-reshipment packages. Shipping is nonrefundable once a package is sent out.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED, HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT:
Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to shopfantasyskin@proton.me - We need to be notified within 24 hours of missed delivery to assist you.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELED.
